Shipping
We ship our products with Express Shipping throughout Canada. We are doing everything we can to ensure orders arrive in a timely manner. We usually ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent shipping delays due to orders sitting in shipping facilities on the weekend. To ensure freshness, product is shipped immediately after being harvested!
Note: if the shipping cost does not appear at checkout, please contact us with your Postal Code and we will provide an estimate.
Shipping & Refunds Policy
In case of DOA, we can:
– Reship the items on claim free of charge. You would be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
– Refund you for the cost of the items. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to suspend shipping in case of extreme weather temperatures.
Acclimation
When there is a change in the ideal temperature or oxygen level in the water, zooplankton goes into hibernation. This might happen during the shipping and cause the zooplankton not to be moving at arrival. For best results, acclimate the product by opening the bottles and letting it warm up to room temperature for a few hours before using the product.
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery in the Edmonton area (Beaumont, Edmonton, Devon, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, St, Albert, Stony Plain) for orders over $50. We charge a $10 delivery fee for orders under $50. We usually schedule deliveries once a week. After receiving your order, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
Local Pickup
Our home-based business is located in the town of Devon, Alberta. If you wish to pick up your order at our location, select “local pickup” during checkout. We will then contact you to arrange a pickup date and time. Thank you!
